“Empowering a Healthier Community” Series Offers Practical Advice For Seniors

Empowering a Healthier Community  is a series of presentations sponsored by the Health Care Forum of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce.
Running through December 5, the series covers a number of topics that can help residents, especially seniors,  learn more about issues related to a better quality of life. All presentations are free and held at the Park Ridge Senior Center, 100 S. Western Avenue.
