Celebrate Youth Art at the Library!

March is National Youth Art Month, when communities everywhere honor the talent and exuberant spirit of their youngest artists.

The Park Ridge Public Library will celebrate Youth Art Month by showcasing a selection of student art from local elementary and middle schools. The display will run through the month of March in the second floor exhibit case.

Featured work incorporates a number of mediums, including watercolors, clay, pastels, and mixed media. The schools represented include Washington, Carpenter, Emerson, Field, Franklin, Roosevelt, Lincoln, St. Paul of the Cross, Mary Seat of Wisdom, and Embers.

For more information on the Youth Art Month Exhibit, please contact the Library Information Coordinator at (847)720-3209 or by e-mail at mdalton@prpl.org.
