Effective planning now will help you and your loved ones in the future". Estate planning is the process of anticipating and arranging for the distribution/disposal of an estate, or the net worth of a person at any point in time. Creating a thorough plan allows one to ensure their property and assets will be handled correctly, while reducing taxes, court costs and attorneys' fees and it also provides comfort that loved ones will not be burdened with unnecessary confusion and financial barriers.
