A Holiday Boutique & Bake Sale will be held at MBD Martial Arts Studio, 1508 Miner St., in downtown Des Plaines on Sunday, November 17 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Proceeds will benefit MCYAF, the Maine Community Youth Assistance Foundation.

Petit Opera Productions presents “Cosi Fan Tutte” Music: W.A. Mozart. Chicago premiere. “MadMen” meets Mozart” in this madcap comedy about a bet on fidelity, set in a 1959 Chicago advertising agency, right on the brink of the sexual revolution. The boss bets his subordinates that their girls will not remain faithful when presented with temptation, but the "bet" takes a new twist as the girls figure out what's going on, and play up the situation to catch the guys in their own act.
