Yoga Classes St. Luke's Lutheran Church (11:00 AM - 12:15 PM)
St. Luke's Lutheran Church at 205 N. Prospect Ave.is hosting Yoga classes every Tuesday eve. at 7:00 p.m. -8:15 p.m. and Thursday mid morning from 11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. The instructor is Dawn Christiansen and she is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor. A $5.00 donation per class goes directly to St. Luke's for their debt reduction program. Come and enjoy a nice relaxing class. All are Welcome!

MCYAF benefit dinner for the prevention of teen drug and alcohol use. Come celebrate our Community Heroes on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Café la Cave in Des Plaines – Tickets available online through September 15.
