The local environmental action group Go Green Park Ridge holds its monthly meeting from 7PM to 8:30PM on the 1st Tuesday of the month from September through June at St Mary's Episcopal Church on Prospect. ----- Join other members of Go Green Park Ridge and help raise awareness of environmental issues in our town. We do NOT meet formally in July or August but can often be found at the Park Ridge Farmers Markets during the summer or at Green Drinks on the third Tuesday of each month

It's More Than "Just Say No": Raising Resilient and Drug-Free Kids, a free program to help parents teach their 3rd to 8th graders how to make good decisions, will be presented by Maine Township’s MaineStay Youth & Family Services and Chicago Behavioral Hospital Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 7 to 8 p.m. Check in will be from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Advance registration at www.mainetown.com/community-education is requested as seating for this event is limited.
