21st Star Chapter NSDAR November Meeting 2017

The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at the Park Ridge Country Club, 636 N. Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be served at 12:00 p.m. with a meeting and program to follow. Gloria Perkins Flathom, current Illinois State Regent, will give a lecture entitled, "Until You Spread Your Wings, You Have No Idea How Far You Can Fly".

Chapter Regent, Carol Gale, is pleased to have Gloria Perkins Flathom, current Illinois State Regent, give a lecture entitled, "Until You Spread Your Wings, You Have No Idea How Far You Can Fly".  Gloria Flathom has served as an officer in the Swallow Cliff Chapter NSDAR and as the Illinois State Corresponding Secretary. Her State Regent’s projects focus on providing kitchen equipment for Bacone College.

The Twenty-first Star Chapter serves the Park Ridge, Niles, Des Plaines, and Morton Grove areas.
 
Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal decent from a patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership.
 
The DAR recognizes "Patriots: as not only soldiers but also anyone who contributed to the cause of American freedom."
