“Lucky 21”Annual Gala Benefit - Park Ridge Civic Orchestra - PRCO’s 21st year

The Park Ridge Civic Orchestra announces its annual gala to be held on April 10th at Café La Cave. A "Lucky 21" theme celebrates the orchestra’s 21st season in an evening of dining, gaming and dancing. --- Brian Jacobi and sons play live jazz at this festive evening benefitting the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra on Friday,April 10th, at Cafe La Cave. Dancing, dining, gaming, and raffle prizes make this a fun night out and supporting the great hometown orchestra operations.

Something new for PRCO’s gala benefit: Celebrate our 21st fabulous year at the glamorous "Lucky 21" Casino Night! Enjoy a lavish dinner, exciting silent auction and raffle, and play into the night with fellow music-lovers who support the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra.

Enjoy a champagne cocktail hour, lavish dinner buffet, music and dancing, exciting silent auction and raffle, and free casino entertainment. Play into the night with fellow music-lovers who support the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra.
 
Brian Jacobi, trombone, is joined by his sons Ryan (drums) and Sean (bass), and vocalist Abigail Riccards, performing a variety of jazz styles with their quartet. Well-known in the area, Mr. Jacobi serves as Curriculum Specialist for Instrumental Music in District 64 Park Ridge-Niles Schools. This is a rare chance to hear him performing with his musical family.
 
Abigail Riccards has garnered much attention from the jazz community for her effortless swing, heartbreaking tone, and personalized approach to lyrics. Abigail's inimitable approach to the Great American Songbook has made her one of the most celebrated jazz vocalists of her generation. Performing in Chicago since 2011, Abigail has quickly established herself as one of the rising vocalists on the scene. She has performed at many of the city's top jazz clubs with some of Chicago's most respected musicians, headlining at venues such as the Green Mill, the Jazz Showcase, Katerina's, and Andy's Jazz Club.
 
A full evening of lavish buffet dinner, silent auction, grand raffle, and live music complements the blackjack, craps, roulette, and Texas Hold ‘Em tables open to all levels of gamers.
 
A spirit of fun prevails in this benefit to raise funds for the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra. The public is invited to attend the gala.
