In order to achieve permanent weight loss, an individual must develop a lifestyle of efficient healthy habits. Class is Tuesdays, April 26-May 31, 2:30-3:30pm (fee required). There will be movement exercises in this class as well as work from “Building Healthy Habits” book., which will be sold on the 1st day of class.

This book will be sold on the first day of class, paid to the instructor, Katherine DePietro.
In order to achieve permanent weight loss, an individual must develop a lifestyle of efficient healthy habits. Weight loss is difficult, complex and should be unique to each individual. This program will facilitate the complex process of Healthy Symbiosis; good habits linked together create greater results. This is not an easy process, but your health is worth it!
Class is Tuesdays, April 26-May 31, 2:30-3:30pm.
Fee for this six week class is $50 Member/$55 Guest.
