Colonel Jill Morgenthaler, Keynote speaker
Colonel Jill Morgenthaler is a wife, a mother, a daughter and one of the first women to enter the Reserve Officer Training Corp. She directed peacekeeping operations in Bosnia and earned a Bronze Star for her work in Iraq during which she had an astounding encounter with Sadaam Hussein.
