The E.L.F. Board of Trustees meets the third Wednesday of each month, at 7:30 PM, in the Educational Services Center on Prospect Avenue.
The mission of the Elementary Learning Foundation (ELF) is to expand and enrich lifelong learning opportunities for all students in the Park Ridge-Niles Community Consolidated School District 64.
