WHAT: IL-CHIP - Illinois Child Identification Program -- Registration and Distribution
This FREE, 10-minute process parents & children attend provides a complete child ID package with everything you need to help police quickly find your child if he or she is ever lost or missing on vacation, at the mall, anywhere! (Information is compact and totally private. The IL-CHIP program keeps only the parental permission form.)
WHEN: July 14, 2012 (during Taste of Park Ridge) - One day only.
