Singer Laura Freeman and pianist Beckie Menzie will commemorate the 100th birthday of Judy Garland, including songs like “Get Happy” and “Over the Rainbow,” and highlighting her work with Mickey Rooney, Gene Kelly, and Fred Astaire.
