Park Ridge's annual patriotic, Independence Day fireworks display returns to Maine East High School July 3 from 6:30 pm until 10:30 pm ---- Bring a picnic (no alcoholic beverages or grills allowed) and relax before the fireworks begin. Enjoy the evening with friends and family. Come early and get a great spot!!

Bring your pet to St. Luke’s for a Blessing of the Animals outside the church on the west lawn facing Prospect Avenue. All friendly pets are invited on a leash or in a carrier, or you can bring a picture of your pet to be blessed. Animal companions who have passed away this year will also be remembered. ---- After the short service, enjoy some lemonade and cookies, and your dog will enjoy a treat as well. ---- In case of rain, the service will take place in St. Luke's Henderson Hall.
