Meetings of the Library Board are open to the public under provisions of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. ---- NOTE: At this meeting, architects from Studio GC will present their plans for "Phase I of the Library Improvement Plan". Residents are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
Due to the unavailability of the City Council Chambers, this meeting of the Library Board will be held in the LIBRARY'S first floor meeting room.
