“What Choices Will You Make?” is a spin off from the popular MCYAF program with our local youth organizations. Small group discussions, peer talks and videos on challenging issues faced by our youth and their parents. Target Audience Groups: -5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th Graders -Parents and/or Grandparents -Open to all residents, friends & neighbors

Love a bargain? Then don't miss the Friends of the Park Ridge Library's "Summer Cooler" Book Sale, Friday, July 11, 2014 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in front of the Park Ridge Public Library on Prospect.

The 2014 Taste of Park Ridge will be held Thursday July 10, Friday July 11, and Saturday, July 12 from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm ---- Parking available in the underground garage of the Uptown redevelopment. ----- More info will be provided as the date draws near.

Middle School and High School Students come on over after you've visited the Taste of Park Ridge Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12!!! We'll be on the lawn next to the Library from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm COME HAVE SOME FUN!!!

Come see dozens of beautiful vintage/muscle/sports cars in the central parking lot next to the Park Ridge Public Library from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on the 3rd Sunday of each month from May 18 through October 19, 2014. [These Sundays: 05/18/14, 06/15/14, 07/20/14, 08/17/14, 09/15/14, & 10/19/14] -- Sponsored by the Center of Concern

Bring your pet to St. Luke’s for a Blessing of the Animals outside the church on the west lawn facing Prospect Avenue. All friendly pets are invited on a leash or in a carrier, or you can bring a picture of your pet to be blessed. Animal companions who have passed away this year will also be remembered. ---- After the short service, enjoy some lemonade and cookies, and your dog will enjoy a treat as well. ---- In case of rain, the service will take place in St. Luke's Henderson Hall.

The Farmer's Market will be held every Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. from May 24 to October 25, 2014 AT: Prairie and Garden, which is at just south of the Metra train tracks and Touhy, and east of Cumberland Avenues.
