The local environmental action group Go Green Park Ridge holds its monthly meeting from 7PM to 8:30PM on the 1st Tuesday of the month from September through June at St Mary's Episcopal Church on Prospect. ----- Join other members of Go Green Park Ridge and help raise awareness of environmental issues in our town. We do NOT meet formally in July or August but can often be found at the Park Ridge Farmers Markets during the summer or at Green Drinks on the third Tuesday of each month

School District 64 offers monthly free developmental screenings for children age 2yrs 9mos through 5yrs 11mos who live in the School District 64 community.

The purpose of this group is to encourage members to write and provide a safe place to read one’s work and get some feedback. We meet the second Tuesday of every month.

General meetings of the Park Ridge Garden Club are held at the Centennial Activity Center (formerly named the Park Ridge Senior Center) on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE. There are NO meetings in July or August. Meetings include a short business session, followed by guest speakers, refreshments and socializing, and conclude between 9:00-10:00 pm

Park Ridge Toastmasters meets at the First United Methodist Church in Park Ridge on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30 pm EXCEPT during November and December. A workshop ONLY for women who are interested in joining the D.A.R. (Daughters of the American Revolution). -- This Genealogy Workshop, sponsored by the Twenty-first Star Chapter NSDAR will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until Noon in the third floor board room of the Niles Maine District Library. The library is located at 6960 Oakton, Niles, Illinois. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with one of the members on our lineage research team.
