An exhibit of Alphonso and Margaret Iannelli works of art will take place from February 1 through February 23, 2014. This is the first showing of some of Margaret's posters.This exhibit is open to the public every Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Sunday 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Darcy Evon, historian for Kalo Foundation, will discuss how the Arts & Crafts Movement led to the unprecedented commercialization and the empowerment of thousands of women and immigrants,. She will also be signing her new book "Hand Wrought Arts & Crafts Metalwork & Jewelry 1890-1940" --- There will also be a display of Kalo & Chicago Silver

A spring series about world religions will kick off Monday, Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. at The Summit of Uptown when Bill Helmuth presents “Buddhism around the World.” ---- Other programs will include Hinduism on Monday, March 3, Islam on Tuesday, April 1, and Judaism on Friday, May 2. There is no charge the programs, but reservations are required.

March 6, 2014: Health Care Forum Program @ Senior Center -- Dr. Pam Boyce, Doctor of Optometry Boyce Family Eye Center. General meetings of the Park Ridge Garden Club are held at the Park Ridge Senior Center on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE in the Park Ridge Senior Center. (NOTE LOCATION CHANGE: APRIL 2014 meeting will be at the South Park Field House, 833 Talcott Road at Cumberland & Talcott) There are NO meetings in January, July or August. Kalo is pleased to exhibit both Albert and Dulah artwork. There will be many pieces showing the different periods of their works There will also be posters and books available. Some of their original art will be for sale.

The Park Ridge Chorale will be presenting its annual Spring Concert featuring classic choral music. The concert will take place AT St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Park Ridge at 7:00 p.m.
