General meetings of the Park Ridge Garden Club are held at the Centennial Activity Center (formerly named the Park Ridge Senior Center) on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE. There are NO meetings in January, July or August. Meetings include a short business session, followed by guest speakers, refreshments and socializing, and conclude between 9:00-10:00 pm

The Park Ridge Toastmasters club has been in Park Ridge since June 9, 1949, meeting in the same location at the United Methodist Church, 418 West Touhy. We meet on the first floor and love to have guests visit our club. --- We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from January through October. Due to the Holidays we meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month in November and December.

Russian Night at the Orchestra features music of Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev. Joined by students of Maine South’s band and orchestra on the 1812 Overture, the Orchestra also plays Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Overture-Fantasy, and Prokofiev’s 3rd Piano Concerto with keyboard artist Leah Dominy as soloist.
