10:00 AM - 01:00 PM

20 S. Prospect Avenue (corner of Touhy and Prospect)
Park Ridge, IL , 60068

(312) 213-9787

Join the Illinois Center for Civic Education and our special guest Mo Khan, as we play games, watch movies, read books, and much more to learn what it means to live in America and what it takes to be a great American citizen. Civics means citizen, so take this opportunity to learn about the history that has shaped America, and how our rights and responsibilities continue to shape it!

What is Civics? It seems complicated, doesn't it? Not really though. In fact, civic activities surround us every day. It is all about our relationships with our government and community as citizens. It values knowing our presidents just as much as knowing how and when to raise our voice for positive change.

Join the Illinois Center for Civic Education on Saturday, August 30 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm for this exciting event!
