Whether you're caring for a loved one or just want to start the New Year in a positive way, these light and lively empowerment programs can help you take charge, reduce stress, and improve life balance. Registration - $15 per person $5 discount when registering for 2 or more programs

Caring for an elderly parent or loved one with a chronic illness or disability can impact your total well-being. This Family Caregiver Empowerment Program is part of a multi-series education program designed to help you with life-balance and wellness.
