A parade celebrating Norwegian Constitution Day will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Park Ridge. Festivities begin in Hodges park from Noon to 4:00 pm. --- The PARADE starts at Southpark at Cumberland and Talcott and marches north on Cumberland from Southpark to Park Ridge City Hall.
