A parade celebrating Norwegian Constitution Day featuring Scandinavian organizations with members in traditional costumes along with marching bands, antique cars and floats. ---- Festivities begin in Hodges Park at the conclusion of the parade. --- The PARADE starts at South Park at Cumberland and Talcott and marches north ON Cumberland from South Park to Park Ridge City Hall. --- This event is sponsored by the Norwegian National League www.nnleague.org
