Come sing, play, move and groove with us as we enjoy a family time single Kindermusik class at St. Luke's Church. Fee: $10/child. Sibling discount available. First timers can preview the class for free! Registration required.

The purpose of this group is to encourage members to write and provide a safe place to read one’s work and get some feedback. We meet the second Tuesday of every month.

Food for Thought , Age 55 & up: The Power of Glamour- Robert Randall is back to evoke a unique Hollywood era and five of the goddesses including Joan Crawford, Greta Garbo, Katherine Hepburn, Tallulah Bankhead and Marlene Dietrich. You won’t want to miss this lunch and presentation about the women that enchanted the world and left their legacy.

Literary event! Members of a local writers group (Prairie Avenue Writers) will read from their newly published anthology and answer questions about writing and publishing.

General meetings of the Park Ridge Garden Club are held at the Park Ridge Senior Center on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE in the Park Ridge Senior Center. There are NO meetings in January, July or August. Meetings include a short business session, followed by guest speakers, refreshments and socializing, and conclude between 9:00-10:00 pm

We meet on the first floor and love to have guests visit our club. --- We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from January through October. Due to the Holidays we meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month in November and December.

Friday Night Live Club is a fun and safe club designed for students in 4th & 5th grade.

The Farmer's Market will be held every Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. from May 23 to October 31, 2015 AT: Prairie and Garden, which is at just south of the Metra train tracks and Touhy, and east of Cumberland Avenues.

Trot against Trafficking 5K Charity Run/ Walk / Kids’ Dash will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. --- Race Begins and ends at Washington Elementary School. 1500 Stewart Ave., Park Ridge, IL. ---- All event proceeds will be donated to charities that serve to educate, raise awareness and help victims of human trafficking.
