Park Ridge Toastmasters meets at the First United Methodist Church in Park Ridge on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30 pm EXCEPT during November and December. Join Illinois WorkNet Center speakers to discuss setting SMART goals, using social media to connect with hiring managers, getting your resume through the Applicant Tracking Systems and sharpening interview skills.

Representatives from more than 30 organizations will be on hand at the Park Ridge Public Library’s annual Preschool and Enrichment Fair on Saturday, January 11, 2020, from 10 a.m. to Noon. The Library will host the event at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church and School, 260 N. Northwest Highway.

The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold a meeting on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at the Park Ridge Country Club, 636 N. Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be served at 12:00 p.m. with a meeting and program to follow.
