Park Ridge Public Library’s Winter Reading Clubs January 2 – February 29

December 30, 2015 08:48 AM
Now that the unseasonable warm weather has been replaced by ice and snow, spend your time inside reading. Join one of our Reading Clubs for adults, teens or children and meet your goals to be eligible for prizes sponsored by the Friends of The Library.
Adults—Reading is My Cup of Tea!
There’s no better time than winter to cozy up with a hot mug of tea and a good book! Beginning January 2, sign up at the Reader Services desk to receive your Winter Reading log. Finish four books by February 29 to earn a chance to win gift cards to local businesses. Participants registering on the first day will receive a free cup of tea from TeaLula! (while supplies last).
Children (all ages)—Fired Up for Reading
Get fired up for reading! Sign up for our Winter Reading Club, decorate a crown, and complete your reading goal to win a prize book! Register in person or online at www.parkridgelibrary.org.
Young Adults—My Winter is all Booked
Everyone has a chance to earn prizes this winter – all you need to do is read one book! Sign up online or stop by the YA Loft to sign up in person. You’ll be entered to win a Starbucks gift card just for signing up!
